She is well documented as a fashion forward personality in sky scrapper high heels paired with well tailored dresses –all the time. Alas! It appears that some days her feet does get to come down to level earth. This is a good and healthy image for those who think that wearing high heels all the time is the way to go. It’s ok to love high heels but it is also crucial to learn how to balance to help prolong the longevity of the ability to wear super high heels into a well mature age like the 80s!

Burlesque queen Dita Von Teese opted for the same style as well. Both ladies actually wore the flats in London during the same week! Does this mean flats are the new heels now? Hmm…keep watching, trend alert! 🙂
