Reebok To Pay $25 Million Bucks To Consumers

November 22, 2012 in News by Bernd Ruhl

This might appeal to some of our sneaker loving club members, especially the lucky (or unlucky) few who shelled out some money recently to buy a pair of glutes and thigh toning sneakers by Reebok! According to the consumer governing board, you can not get around hitting the gym and watching your diet, the sneakers won’t cut it. Effective immediately, you get to have your money back and use the sneakers to hit the ground running to a healthy new you –the old fashion way!

Advertisers need to be careful when making claims in their adverts. Reebok just got pinched for $25 million in fines for making claims about their newly launched range of sneakers toning buttocks and legs. OUCH!

Consumers who wish to apply for a refund should visit http://reeboksettlement.com/FTC and fill out an online application.  Those who purchased Reebok EasyTone apparel are also eligible.
