Old Platforms As Planters

Here’s a tip we just picked up and thought we should share with our members. Got old platform shoes you don’t need anymore? Turn them into cute little office planters or centerpiece for a party! The heel can be used as the handle and the deep platform part can hold the dirt.

We had the privilege of having one done for us by The UpperRoom Events at the 2012 Shoeholics holiday party. Don’t be quick to discard them. They can become great collectibles if used properly.
