Kim Kardashian’s Shoe Closet

March 6, 2012 in News by Bernd Ruhl

A very tidy and colored cordinated, designer shoe closet. A dream closet? Kim Kardashian posted pictures of her shoe closet and we have to admit that the closet does not disappoint. Each color themed section even has it’s own name. The multicolored section pictured below is dubbed “Rainbow Bright” and the glitzy party shoe section is called the “A Little Bit of Glitz and Glam.”

It’s obvious how much she loves glamour and gorgeous shoes to help pull it off. One can only imagine just how many shoes she actually owns. Judging by the shoes in these images, she has great a taste in shoes.

If you have good images of your closet to be posted here please don’t hesitate to send them to members@shoeholicsclub.com. Please don’t be shy 😉

Kanye West Does Couture Heels For The Ladies

March 2, 2012 in News by Bernd Ruhl

The “Gold Diggers” singer now has something for the ladies! Kanye West has teamed up with high-end shoe label designer Giuseppe Zanotti to design a string of one of a kind, possibly hard to reach pieces for die hard shoe collectors. Apparently Kanye has been under the apprenticeship of the designer for quite sometime now learning all there is to know in shoe making at his studio/factory in Italy.

The rapper designed some jaw dropping pair of calfskin sandals embroidered with pearls for his Dw by Kanye collection at the Paris Fashion Week in 2011, showing March 7.

Hot Looks At The Oscars

February 28, 2012 in News by Bernd Ruhl

The stars dazzled on Hollywoods biggest night in designer gowns, some of which had hidden gems (shoes) beneath them. We have been fortunate to be able to identify some of the shoes on their feet. This is what we have unearthed so far…

Of course who could forget Angelina Jolie’s “look at me now!” legs. We only wish she had worn a more daring colored pair of shoes to really pull it off, perhaps a red pumps to match her fully painted red pouted lips for extra wattage!

Viola Davis was ever so regal and elegant in green emerald gown by Vera Wang complete with her own natural cropped hair! However the real gem was underneath her dress -Jimmy Choo’s cross-strap platform sandals!

The Queen of Gold or perhaps “the Oscar hoarder” as Billy Crystal dubbed the very talented Meryl Streep who took home her 3rd golden dude that night. She dazzled in Lanvin complete with Salvatore Ferragamo’s liquid-gold peep-toe pumps to match her dress. We love it!

Natalie Portman naturally wore Christian Dior head to toe since she is a spokesperson/model for the brand. Seen the Miss Dior perfume ads lately? She looked very elegant in the Dior vintage and open-toe pumps.

Comedian Tina Fey vamped it up in Carolina Herrera pairing it with Stuart Weitzman satin peep-toe sandals.

Gwyneth Paltrow’s looked timeless and super chic in white Tom Ford column dress that actually came with a matching cape which she took off to perform her presenting of the awards duty with Robert Downey Jr. onstage. We love how whenever she walked the slits revealed her glittery platform Jimmy Choo sandals! Stunning!

Michelle Williams’ Louis Vuitton dress was so chic and youthful. Take a closer look, you will notice the crystal-encrusted Christian Louboutin peep-toe pumps asking to be noticed. J’adore!

Busy Phillips looked ravishing in her head to toe Dolce & Gabbana. Notice the hot pink peep-toe pumps that added a splash of color to what would have been a dull dress. Nice touch.

Rose Byrne brought back disco theme in Vivienne Westwood sequined one-shoulder number with her sleek bob hair do and Jimmy Choo heels.

Last year’s golden girl Melissa Leo glammed it up in Reem Acra and Jimmy Choo heels. I just love how she brought out the leg to show us Shoeholics what’s happening below. Jolie: notice how natural that looked!

Leslie Mann in Roberto Cavalli dress and Brian Atwood heels. Hot!
