Kim Kardashian fresh off her red carpet triumph at the Grammys in Jean Paul Gaultier haute couture headed for the airport in the gown but landed in New York City just hours later in a more casual attire. The reality TV star had changed into a military inspired ensemble complete with Balmain khaki ankle boots. Kanye West, her husband was seen in a pair of sneakers from his own line of shoe collection.
