We are proud to announce Venus, the lovely and talented Belly Dancer as a performer at the highly anticipated Shoeholics Magazine on Thursday, November 29, 2012 at Pranna Lounge, New York City.

Venus, born into this ancient practice is a third generation career belly dancer. Learning the living art of dance movements in the loving embrace of her grandmother and aunts, from a time before she could walk. Her beauty and attention to details in both performance and costuming is what truly sets her apart among the mirage of today’s performers. Truly one of the most dexterous of American Cabaret dancers, there is no venue too strange or music request too off beat to phase her, rising to any challenge she seems to float across the floor. Venus truly excels with her mastering of balancing swords and fire trays. Magic to experience, crowds love the sensual energy she exudes as she becomes one with the music.

Venus is an avid shoe lover and collector herself! All the more reason why she is the perfect choice for this important event. We can not wait to see what she has in store for Shoeholics Magazine party on Thursday! We can expect some of the classics of belly dancing such as fire, veils, swords et.al. Her performance will commence by 10pm, just after guests mingling and red carpet photo op starting at 8pm.
