Just when we thought we had seen everything under the sun when it comes to shoes, out comes Pharrell Williams in jaw dropping sparking sneakers for his turn on Saturday Night Live! The “Happy” hit maker had a pair of Adidas sneakers custom made with encrusted high grade Swarovski baubles, enough to blind gawkers! They certainly got our attention and we’re even more pleased to see it’s a man wearing them. It’s refreshing to see men take their kicks more seriously! FAB!

The royal tour officially kicked off today with The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge (Kate Middleton) enjoying their moment adapting to the local customs in New Zealand with little Prince George in tow. The Duchess’ ensemble looks very much like a Queen-in-waiting in a smart coat dress complete with a pair of black pumps that we can assume are comfortable to endure the long routine of walking and greeting everyone. She took a page out of Princess Diana’s book who also wore a regal red ensemble on a similar trip in 1984, obviously a homage to the late Princess, her mother-in-law. Prince William doesn’t look too bad himself.

Every time she turns up on set, she never disappoints. Almost makes one wonder if anyone would be listening or watching the contestants when she steps in the room.
